1. General Agreement & User Eligibility

By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable laws.
• All information you provide (name, phone number, and delivery address) is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Product Quality, Pricing & Availability

• Purity Commitment: We commit to supplying only genuine, BSTI-certified fortified cooking oils, pure spices, grains, and factory-sealed beverages.
• Pricing: All product prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice based on official market commodity rates.
• Stock Availability: All products are subject to stock availability. If an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you before dispatch.

3. Orders & Payments

• Order Confirmation: An order is deemed confirmed only after verification via phone call, automated SMS, or WhatsApp communication.
• Accepted Payments: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and supported debit/credit cards.
• Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched by our logistics team.

4. Shipping & Delivery Terms

• Timeline: Standard delivery takes between 24 to 48 hours from the time of confirmation.
• Inspection on Delivery: Customers are requested to inspect parcels (checking seals on oil jars, spice packets, and drink bottles) in the presence of the delivery person.
• Delivery Delays: Sarder Traders is not liable for minor delays resulting from extreme weather, political blockades, or unforeseen courier disruptions.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We operate a customer-friendly return policy:

• Instant Spot Returns: If you receive damaged packaging, leaking oil bottles, or incorrect products, you may return them instantly with the delivery rider.
• 24-Hour Reporting: Any discrepancies noticed post-delivery must be reported to our WhatsApp support within 24 hours of delivery.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds for pre-paid orders will be processed back to the original payment channel within 3 to 7 working days.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, graphics, product visuals, banners, texts, and digital content belonging to SARDER TRADERS are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written authorization.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
